Training That Meets You.
Drive Corrective Fitness is a private training and performance studio where experienced coaching and thoughtful programming come together.

โThe goal isnโt just to perform in the gym. Itโs to feel more capable everywhere else.โ
What is corrective fitness?
Better movement creates a stronger foundation.
Corrective fitness is an assessment-led approach that looks at movement patterns, mobility, stability, posture, balance, and muscular coordination. The goal is to identify where movement can become more efficient, then use targeted exercise and progressive strength work to build a more capable whole.
Whatever the starting point, the program is shaped around the individualโnot around a generic template.
Move Better ยท Feel Better
Getting started
Three steps. No guesswork.
Every relationship at Drive starts the same simple wayโwith a conversation, not a sales pitch.
01
Tell us about your goals, your history, your experience, and anything that has been holding you back.
02
A coach observes how you move so the program can focus on what actually matters for your body.
03
Your coach creates a focused plan and adjusts it as you progressโno recycled routines and no one-size-fits-all templates.

FAQ
Corrective fitness is an assessment-led approach that moves beyond generic workouts. We look at mobility, stability, and muscular coordination to improve how the body functions as a whole before building progressive strength.
What is corrective fitness?
No. Coaching at Drive begins exactly where your body is today. Our trainers meet you where you are, using initial assessments to ensure your program is appropriately challenging and safe from day one.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Every relationship starts with a conversation. We discuss your history and goals, followed by a movement assessment. This allows your coach to understand your capabilities before designing your individualized plan.
What happens on my first visit?
Transparency is key. We account for known limitations and discomfort by adapting your programming. While we are not a medical facility, our coaches are experts at navigating movement within safe boundaries.
How do you handle past injuries?
Yes. We offer age-appropriate training focused on fundamentals, posture, and coordination. These sessions help youth and developing athletes build a foundation of confidence and skills for life and sport.
